Our Team


Manta Bay was created in Sinaloa, Mexico, with the mission of making high-quality Mexican fish and seafood available all over the world. The two young entrepreneurs who created the company have sea-oriented life interests, and both have professionals experience with scientific research and fisheries, working in food processing on a variety of companies.

Determined to be independent, they began informal trading operations, proving their success they inherited the name and commercial advice of ve-teran well established seafood traders in the US.

The understanding of fishermen?s lives, deep knowledge of good local fisheries, and relationships with experienced seafood businessmen gave Arnoldo Buenrostro(+) and David Castro the certainty to begin a life in the seafood business.
